Fitness Sessions

Individual Sessions

For all children aged 4 – 12, training includes strength and conditioning circuits, or specialisation in athletics, basketball, soccer, and rugby. Training lasts for 45 minutes or more on request and is available at the best available Sydney location for you.

Small Group Sessions

For all children aged 4 – 12, and available for two or more different families with up to three children per family. Training can be general strength and conditioning fitness circuits, or sport specific training in athletics, basketball, rugby, or soccer.

Large Group Sessions

For all children aged 4 – 12, and available for up to 15 boys and girls. Training can be general strength and conditioning fitness circuits, or sport specific training in athletics, basketball, rugby, or soccer.

Sports Birthday Parties

For all children aged 4 – 12, and available for three hours at a Sydney based location of your choosing, or one of our designated outdoor areas. 15 kids minimum. Training can be general strength and conditioning fitness circuits, or sport specific training in athletics, basketball, rugby, or soccer.
